Management Review |
| Management shall review the Quality
Management System at planned intervals, to ensure its
continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. The
review shall evaluate the need for changes to the
organization’s Quality
Management System, including Quality Policy and Quality
Objectives when relevant. Management reviews shall be
held monthly and annually, or more often should quality
trends indicate this to be necessary. A detailed
procedure is in place. |
