The Payroll reports are printed from the Accsys system.
Use the reports to transfer information onto an excel spreadsheet, which has been created. (Petrol Deductions, Overtime, Staff Debtors, etc.)
Check if all the amounts on the payroll report and the relevant spreadsheet balances.
By using a journal form, process the information onto the spreadsheet on the Pastel Accounting System.

Attach a copy of the spreadsheet to the journal and file in the Journal file.
