INTERNAL SURVEYS



Delegated Staff:
Management Rep, Marketing / PR, Directors, Managers & Staff.

The Quality Department / Marketing PR conducts an internal survey (Manual or Online) to determine the staff and company needs.

These surveys consist of proposed questions selected by all the individual Directors / Managers to the best of their ability in determining the needs and improvements to the company and staff environment. 

It is of vital importance that Nashua Limpopo gain information to measure and improve the Quality standards of our company in providing optimum and professional work environment to our staff and clientele.

A Internal Staff Survey needs to be conducted.

Questions will be listed which will be of benefit in determining the needs of the company or alternately the Management Representative / Marketing PR will set up these questions via approval from the Managing Director.

The Management Rep. / Marketing PR will set up a survey sheet with these questions and issue these survey sheets to the relevant Directors / Managers who will ensure that each staff member has received a copy of the survey sheet.

These Surveys can be issued to staff for completion by their Managers during their Monthly Departmental meetings.

The Management Rep. / Marketing PR will then collect the anonymous completed surveys from the Managers and analyze the surveys received. The outcome will be presented to the Directors and Managers at the monthly management meeting and be documented by the Management Rep.in the following years Management Review .

The Internal Surveys will be filed by the Marketing PR admin and kept for a period of One Year and then shredded.
