Objectives and goals are to be communicated
to the Quality manager for inclusion on live system by
using a " Change request form"

All Managers are to monitor developments,
objectives and goals and are to communicate progress at
the quality meetings.

If objectives and goals are not progressing
satisfactorily the strategy must be changed.

|
If they are on track they must be monitored
to completion.

|
If goals and objectives are not / or cannot
be completed the reason for this must be supplied to the
Quality Manager and new goals must be set.

Once the current objectives and goals are
completed, new ones can be set.
