SETTING OF GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Delegated Staff:
Managing Director, Quality Manager and All Managers.
 
The Managing Director sets the main objectives and goals for Nashua Limpopo.
The Managing Director is to establish the time span and measuring criteria for accomplishing these goals.
The company objectives and goals are to be communicated to all the Managers.
The details of the Goals & Objectives will be communicated to the Quality Manager.
All the Managers are to determine a time span and measurement criteria for their goals and objectives.
All the Managers are to measure current starting situation of their objectives and goals.
Objectives and goals are to be communicated to the Quality manager for inclusion on live system by using a " Change request form"
All Managers are to monitor developments, objectives and goals and are to communicate progress at the quality meetings.
If objectives and goals are not progressing satisfactorily the strategy must be changed.
If they are on track they must be monitored to completion.

If goals and objectives are not / or cannot be completed the reason for this must be supplied to the Quality Manager and new goals must be set.
Once the current objectives and goals are completed, new ones can be set.
