Delegated Staff:  CRM Specialist, Sales Executives, General Sales Manager, Managing Director

1.  Sales Executive and / or CRM Specialist log on to Inform, view and update relevant customer (when necessary)

2.  View Machines ( if either they are due for an upgrade)

3.  Sales executive and / or CRM Specialist add appointments, notes and reminders, to follow up with customers.

4.   Opp
ortunities to be added by the Sales Executive and / or CRM Specialist when a quote has been done.
    
  When quote was lost it must be edited when deal was won the opportunity must be edited to “Deal Won”

5.  The CRM Specialist and Sales Executives should use Inform on an ongoing basis.

6.  The CRM Specialist extract Weekly and Monthly Reports of Sales Executive activity on Inform
