Settlements Machine Upgrades


Delegated Staff:  Sales Managers, Finance Manager, Sales Reps, Sales Coordinator and Sales Support.
 

  1. When the Sales Representative asks for upgrade information of client, the Sales Coordinator will get authorisation from the Sales Manager, print the Contract Information from the AS400 and give it to the Sales Manager or Sales Rep to include outstanding settlement in quote and to add all the details on the installation form for the machine to be collected.
  2. The Sales Support prepares a new quote for the client.
     
  3. If client accepts the quote Sales Rep handles this as a normal sale.
     
  4. If client requests a formal settlement and does not want to upgrade, the Sales Coordinator completes a Settlement Advice Form.(Clients official settlement request on letterhead or e-mail to be attached/filed)
     
  5. The Sales Coordinator hands the completed form to the Sales Manager or Finance Manager for signature.
     
  6. Sales Coordinator gives the signed form to the relevant Sales Rep to personally give the form to the client to try to convince them to stay with Nashua.
     
  7. If client refuses to stay and to pay the money into Nashua Limpopo's bank account, the Sales coordinator will invoice the client and give the neccessary information through to the Financial Manager via e-mail to pay the settlement at the finance house..
