INSTALLATION COMMISSION ON PRODUCTS

Delegated Staff:  Service Engineers, Parts Co-Coordinator, Service Controller

1.       Installation call is logged.

2.       Should installation be Problem Code 70 = INSTALL then no further action unless internal billing takes place i.e. Income = Cost

3.       Should the installation be Problem Code 76 = INSTALL RELOCATION then 50% of the Installation Commission will be paid by
          the Franchise Owner.
No Installation Consumables Commission takes place here.

4.       Service Engineer installs machine and logs call off.

5.       Should the installation be Problem Code 75 = INSTALLATION (…):

·         Machine and Accessories – 100 % Installation Commission (Std Rate)

           Consumables at FTP price as per procedure

·         Accessories after – 100 % Installation Commission (Bundled Rate)

·         Relocation – 100 % Installation Commission (Bundled Rate)

          Consumables at FTP price as per procedure

6.  No Fanchise will accept any Installation commission unless paper work has been recieved from Nashua Limpopo
