Logging Field Installation / Setup Calls

Delegated Staff:  Service Engineers, Parts Co-Coordinator, Service Controller

      1.       Owner Franchise  ≈ Service Franchise

A job card with problem code as 164 SETUP (…) is logged with the account number on the logged call must be the Sales Account number, 10650.  The order number must be the transaction number of the delivery note. Job card is logged off as a “Re-installation”.  On the new call generated, the “X” must be changed to “I” and problem code changed to 70 for INSTALL (…) and select the relevant option

2.       Owner Franchise ≠ Service Franchise

Job card with problem code as 164 SETUP (…) is logged and account number on the call must be for the CSA Owner.  The order number must be the transaction number of the delivery note or Movement Docket.  Job card is logged off as a “Re-installation”.  On the new call generated, the “X” must be changed to “I” and problem code changed to 75 for INSTALLATION NEW (…) and select the relevant option.

3.       Owner Franchise ≠ Service Franchise

Job card is logged with problem code as 152 (RELOCATION) and account number on the call must be for the CSA Owner.  Relocation Policy procedure to be followed.  Once last servicing franchise has accepted and order number is issued, the job card can be logged off as a “Re-installation”.  On the new call generated the call type must be changed from “X” to “I” and problem code to 75 INSTALLATION NEW(…) and select RELOCATION.

4.       Owner Franchise ≈ Service Franchise

5.      Call is logged with problem code as 152 (RELOCATION) and account number on the call must be for  Sales 10650.  Order    number must be Movement Docket number.   Call type must be “I”  and problem code to 76 INSTALL RELOCATION OWN    AREA.
