Customer logs call for service.

Service controller prioritises call and
sends call to service engineer’s MASC phone.
3.
Service engineer logs into MASC &
acknowledges call to make it taken.
4.
Arrives at customer & presses “End travel
and start repair”
5.
Service engineer follows normal procedure
for doing service calls.
6.
Service engineer inputs repair codes,
repair time, meter readings & part numbers (if required)
7.
Service engineer then presses “End repair”.
8.
Customer signs on MASC phone.
9.
Service engineer presses “Update and end
call [Log off]”
Next field call can then be acknowledged (if any calls available |
