Should a client want to move his machine he
is to write a letter stating the physical address of the
machine and to where the machine is to be moved to.

The Service Controller issues the client
with a quotation for the movement.
|
|
Once the client has accepted and given an
order, a call is logged for the Engineer to go and strip
the machines peripherals making it easier for the
movement.
|
|
The machine is moved to the new address and
the incident resolved.
|
|
Once the call is logged off, the contract is
updated with the new address.
