The repaired PCB arrives back from Midrand with a job card attached.
 

The PCB gets booked back into stock using the bar code as the reference number.
 

It is then booked out to the Engineer’s boot stock.
 

A purchase order receipt is generated on the AS400, printed and copy filed as proof of repairs.
