QUOTATIONS FOR CSA’s

Technical Director / Manager, Supervisor,Technical Engineer & Service Controller.


If a client wants to sign a service contract the machine has to come to the Workshops for a full service.

A workshop incident is created and allocated to an available Engineer who then checks the machine.

Once the Engineer has checked the machine and logs off the job card as awaiting Quote Acceptance with the relevant parts needed.

Once the client accepts the quote, the machine is repaired according to the quotation and logged off. Should the client not accept, the machine is wrapped up in the same condition that it arrived in and the job card is logged off as quote not accepted.

An invoice is generated and charged to the client. The client agrees to, and signs the service contract.

The Technical Manager or Director determines the pricing of the C.S.A.
