RELOCATION POLICY

The standard form created by Nashua Ltd is used for this procedure.  The Relocation Form is changed and updated from time to time by Nashua Ltd.  Quote is filled out by the Technical Engineer and given to Service Controller to be faxed through to the relevant Franchise.  Upon acceptance machine will then be completed and ready for installation.

Charge customer for new toner cartridge.

QMS printers remove dev + toner units wrap in plastic, send separately in same box. "Do not vacuum dev unit":

Vacuum cleaning unit on all printers.

Wrap machine, dev unit and OPC in plastic.
 

 

 

 

GENERAL

  • All sending parties to ensure good packaging." well supported by packaging material"
     
  • Packaging to indicate "top" and "fragile".
     
  • A TILT and SHOCK indicators to be used
     
  • Do not except liability if indicators show a problem has occurred rather let courier wait while further investigation on product is conducted, or sign NOT CHECKED and comment on receiving docket what you have observed.
     
  • Contact sending party re findings immediately so as new plan of action may be enforced.

Obsolescence or Old products there should be negotiation between receiving and sending party.
