TECHNICAL SERVICE REPAIRS
 

Delegated Staff:    Technical Engineer, Technical Manager, Technical Supervisor & W/H Co-ordinator

 

 

  1.  

Should Technical Supervisor and Engineer not be able to fix Fax or Copier, a Problem Report will be completed
 

  1.  

The Technical Manager & the Parts Co-Ordinator will then fax the problem report to Technical Services at Nashua LTD. On receiving the Problem Report, Technical Services will issue an Equipment Return Authorization (ERA) and will fax it back.

  1.  

The machine will then be drained and wrapped together with the Problem Report and ERA and the W/H Co-ordinator will be notified so that he can make the necessary arrangements for the driver to take the machine to Nashua LTD.

  1.  

Once the machine arrives at the Technical Services, an Engineer will evaluate the condition and problem of the machine and record all defective parts for replacement.
 

  1.  

A quotation will be forwarded back to us for approval. On approval, the quotation is to be signed and a Purchase Order is created on the AS400 and signed by the Technical Manager.
 

  1.  

The Technical Manager will fax the Order Number together with the signed Quotation back to Technical Services.
 

  1.  

Quotations not accepted will carry a handling fee.
 

  1.  

Once machine is repaired, the driver will collect the machine
