MOVEMENT WITHIN OUR SERVICE AREA.

Should a client want to move his machine he is to write a letter stating the physical address of the machine and to where the machine is to be moved to?

The Service Controller issues the client with a quotation for the movement.

Once the client has accepted and given an order, a call is logged for the Engineer to go and strip the machines peripherals making it easier for the movement.

The machine is moved to the new address and the call logged off with the service controller.

Once the call is logged off, the contract is updated with the new address.

OWN MACHINE MOVEMENT OUTSIDE NTV/LIMPOPO SERVICE AREA

Technical Engineer, Service Controller, Credit Controller & Franchise Branch.



Should the client (On own Request) want to relocate his machine to another Franchise Service Area; they are to write a letter stating the physical address of the machine and to where the machine is to be moved to.

The Service Controller will issue the client with a quotation (Quote Courier Charges) for the movement.

If quote is accepted, the Engineer will bring clients machine to the workshops for service (As Per Sending Party Relocation Policy Procedure )

The Service Controller will fax the client’s letter of new address to the relevant Credit Controller ( Polokwane ) to enable her/him to fax us an ERA or Relocation Form for the movement. The Credit Controller then changes the new address & location/Suburb on AS400.

The machine is then relocated by the courier to the nearest Franchise Branch, they are to test/Quote & service machine ( As per the Receiving Party Relocation Policy Procedure )
  • The Franchise will then send machine to the new address.
