Machine arrives at Warehouse by either
Courier Company or our own transport, and shock
indicators are checked immediately.
If the indicators are clear the machine is
booked into stock.
Should a Courier company deliver the machine
and the indicator is red, a note is made on the waybill
by the Engineer.
The machine is then sent straight to the
Technical Department to be checked for any damages by an
available Engineer in the Workshops. Once the machine
passes inspection, it is then wrapped and sent back to
the Warehouse ready for installation.
Should the machine be damaged, then the
responsible party will be liable for all damages.
