Quotations & Leads

Delegated Staff:

Sales Manager, PR Manager, Sales Support & Sales Representatives.

  1. 1.    Leads are generated through use of iNFORM; ProAct; walk-ins; calls; Nashua Head office website enquiries or cold calling by the PR Manager.

    2.    Sales Support or Sales Manager will assign leads to relevant Sales Executive.

    3.    Sales Executives to meet / call lead to determine needs and budget available.

    4.    If lead is interested, Sales Executive to build and price on proposed equipment / software, complete a Quotation Request From and hand it to Sales Support.

    5.    Sales Support to type quotation as per build and pricing given by Sales executive.

    6.    Once quotation is handed / emailed to lead, they either accept or decline the quotation.

    7.    If quotation is accepted, deal is to be closed, documentation is completed and process of Contracts & Inhouse deals is followed.

    8.    Copy of quotation to be submitted with documentation.

    9.    PDF version of the quotation is to be filed under prospect / customer name on IiNFORM.

    10.  If lead declines quotation offer, Sales Executive to follow up as to reason for rejection and input such information on iNFORM.
